Exchange Policy
If you received a product different from what you ordered on our website or missing any accessories, please contact us via our email: tekarinasemijewelry@yahoo.com. This request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product.
To verify the error, we request that you send photos of the product received, as well as the order number. We will review the photos, and if the error is confirmed, we will begin the exchange process at no additional cost to the customer. In case of a size error, it's important to also photograph the label.
Defective Product Received
If you identify any manufacturing defects, you have 90 (ninety) calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
To verify the defect, we request that you send photos of the product, as well as the order number. We will review the photos, and if the defect is confirmed, we will begin the exchange process at no additional cost to the customer.
Note: If the defect was caused by misuse or improper use, the responsibility for repair lies entirely with the buyer.
Conditions for Exchange and Return
For an exchange or return to be processed, the product must meet the following requirements:

No signs of use, stains, dirt, sweat, or deterioration of the piece;

Maintain the original internal packaging and labels attached to the piece;

Respect the following deadlines: 90 (ninety) calendar days in the case of defects or 7 (seven) calendar days in cases of order errors or purchase regret, counted from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
To exchange a product, contact us via our email tekarinasemijewelry@yahoo.com, attaching the necessary evidence, and we will respond with exchange instructions within 5 (five) business days.
